Use & Care
Pan is oven-safe to 425° F (218° C).
Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or brush that is safe for nonstick coating.
Abrasive pads and cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces as they will diminish the nonstick release.
Extended soaking is not recommended or necessary; for stubborn baked-on food, soak in hot soapy water for 15 minutes, then rinse.
Ceramic nonstick performs best with a light coating of butter or cooking oil. Food will brown and crisp and clean up becomes simpler.
If baking brownies or a sheet cake, we recommend buttering & flouring the pan as you would do with any other recipe.
We recommend silicone, nylon, and wooden utensils for use with this pan to protect the nonstick surface. Metal utensils can damage the nonstick coating.
